DESCRIPTION
The box is personalised with your child’s name, a message and the date of the event on request.
It’s made out of foam board, is not heavy but well built holding around 50 cards depending of the size and thickness.
After the event the box can be used to keep your baby personal things.
The box can come on different colours matching your event colour tone.

PRODUCTION TIME
The box is made in house, handcrafted and can be ready to deliver in 2-3 days.

DELIVERY TIME
Your order is sent by Royal Mail Next working day for £10.
For Saturday delivery it will be £5 extra.
A tracking number will be provided.
Please allocate an extra day due to Royal Mail delays.
RETURN POLICY
As all products are handmade and personalised we do not accept any returns unless the product is not as described or does not meet the standard acceptance in which case we will remake the order free of charge. For all other orders, we have a 14 day return policy.
In case you change your mind about the design or you made a mistake and you already got the order we can't accept returns and offer refunds.
However, as our main goal is you to get the products you love for your special event, we may be able accept only returns, on customer expenses, for products that are reusable and we remake the order as you like. Please note it will be a fee charge depending on the value and time to redo the order.
