Refund Policy

As all products are personalised and handcrafted it is not possible to return the products for a full refund.

In case the products ordered are not as described on website www.remuscardsstudio.com or as you requested please let us know within two days to investigate and then Remus Cards Studio will remake the order after we receive the damaged products.

 In case the products are damaged due to delivery please take pictures as proof and along with order number send to us ASAP at remuscardsstudio@gmail.com. Then Remus Cards Studio will investigate and if is the case we will remake and resend the order ASAP free of charge.
